  • Collect and display publicly available information about educational webinars
  • Provide a searchable directory of webinars hosted by third-party organisations
  • Do NOT create, host, manage, or control any webinars
  • Do NOT handle webinar registration or attendance
  • Serve solely as a paid directory service

2. Third-Party Content and Services

All webinar content, registration, and delivery is managed by independent third-party organisations ("Webinar Hosts"). By using our service, you understand:

  • We do not endorse, guarantee, or control any webinar content
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or availability of webinar information
  • Registration and attendance are handled directly by Webinar Hosts
  • Technical issues, cancellations, or changes are the responsibility of Webinar Hosts
  • You must comply with each Webinar Host's individual terms and conditions

3. Subscription and Payment

Your subscription fee provides:

  • Access to our curated directory of webinars
  • Search and filtering capabilities
  • Timezone conversion and calendar features
  • Directory access only - not webinar content or registration

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Use the service for personal, educational purposes only
  • Not redistribute or resell directory information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of Webinar Hosts
  • Register directly with Webinar Hosts for attendance

5. Intellectual Property

The Lumen Lecture directory, design, and aggregation technology are our intellectual property. All webinar content belongs to the respective Webinar Hosts. We display only publicly available webinar information.

6. Disclaimers

Our service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties regarding:

  • Accuracy or completeness of webinar information
  • Availability or functionality of third-party webinars
  • Continuous, error-free operation of our directory
  • Fitness for any particular purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumen Lecture shall not be liable for:

  • Any issues with third-party webinars or registration systems
  • Cancelled, postponed, modified, or poor-quality webinars
  • Technical difficulties with external platforms
  • Loss of educational opportunities or business
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your subscription.

We may terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
